TERMS

Limitation of Liability:

411Buzz will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or 411Buzz program, even if 411Buzz has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, 411Buzz aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Account Selling:

411Buzz do not allow anyone to sell their membership account or give it away. Anyone caught selling their account or giving their account away will be immediately terminated. All funds and referrals will be forfeited.

Cheating:

If you cheat, or attempt to cheat, your account WILL be DELETED and you will not be eligible to join 411Buzz in the future. All personal information is stored securely in our database and will not be sold or given away to the third parties.

Please use a real name and NOT just some characters or famous people, as we reserve the right to delete your account.

411Buzz reserves the right to accept maximum member count, sell or close it's website if and/or when this becomes necessary.

Inactives:

In the event you do not click a link in 15 days your account will be deleted for inactivity and you will lose all earnings and referrals. Please keep your account active as your account will not be fixed if it is deleted. Anyone who sets their account to vacation and doesn't return within 30 days must email the webmaster to ask for permission to extend their inactivity.

Paid To Promote Users:

You must be an active Paid To Read member to use and earn from the Paid To Promote feature of the site. If at anytime you are found to be using the Paid To Promote feature without being an active Paid To Read member You account will be deleted and all earnings referrals and PTP earnings will be forfeited! NO EXCEPTIONS!

Downline Credits:

You must be at least 25% as active as your downline in order to receive credit for your downline earnings.

Payments:

Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by 411Buzz. Members may earn by referring new Members to the 411Buzz program. Members will earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by 411Buzz. Payments are made every month when your account reaches the minimum $0.25. You must have a Minimum of 10% Personal earnings compared to your PTP / Affiliate Page Earnings to be paid.

Payments via PayPal & E-Gold (only when available).

Responsibility of Members:

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws. You may not sign-up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing 411 Buzz account. You will use your email address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info." link. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your 411 Buzz account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account. Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by 411buzz be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination. You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with 411 Buzz. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from 411 Buzz. In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from 411buzz, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and forfeiture of all earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately. There is no selling of your account in any way unless you receive written permission. There is no selling of our ads unless you receive written permission. You must login every 15 days and click a minimum of 100 links to keep your account active.

Change in Terms:

411Buzz reserve the right to modify these Terms without prior notice to our members. After any change in Terms users are notified via email. If you disagree with some changes, you may delete your account.

Spam:

You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with 411Buzz and may result in legal prosecution. 411Buzz strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. 411Buzz may charge up to $5 per spam email sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. 411Buzz will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
